PSPF Unionised Workers get Payment Increment

PSPF and ZUFIAW SIGNS The Zambia Union of Financial Institutions and Allied Workers (ZUFIAW) is pleased to announce the successful negotiation and signing of a full Collective Agreement with the Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) today, February 7, 2024. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to advocating for the rights and welfare of our unionized workforce. The signing ceremony, which took place at the PSPF Headquarters in Lusaka, was attended by representatives from both ZUFIAW and PSPF. The ZUFIAW President Mr. Alfred Chifota proudly endorsed the agreement, signaling a collaborative effort to address the needs and aspirations of our members. We are particularly pleased to highlight that as part of this agreement, PSPF has committed to implementing a salary increase for our valued unionized members. This positive development underscores PSPF’s recognition of the hard work and dedication demonstrated by our members in contributing to the organization’s success.
