Building on the foundation of the 2024–2025 Collective Agreement, which focused on non-monetary conditions of service, ZUFIAW has successfully signed an addendum with First Alliance Bank Zambia to secure a salary increment for unionised employees.

The signing took place on 16th April 2025, and as part of the addendum, unionised workers will now receive a ZMW 1,850.00 across-the-board salary increment, effective January to December 2025.

This milestone reflects ZUFIAW’s consistency and determination in advancing the interests of its members, even beyond the initial terms of the collective agreement.

• Mr. Peter Mulenga, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – First Alliance Bank Zambia
