The Zambia Union of Financial Institutions and Allied Workers (ZUFIAW) is pleased to announce the successful signing of the 2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Absa Bank Zambia Plc and the Bankers Union of Zambia (BUZ). This agreement reinforces ZUFIAW’s dedication to advocating for improved wages and working conditions for all unionized employees.

As part of the new agreement, all unionized workers will receive a salary increment of ZMW 3,300.00 demonstrating a commitment to enhancing employee welfare and financial stability.
