ZUFIAW 25th Annual Report 2019

ARTICLE 9 OF THE ZUFIAW CONSTITUTION: ANNUAL CONFERENCE
SECTION I: COMPOSITION
There shall be an Annual Conference which shall be held every year in the month of December to direct the policies of the Union and shall be composed of the following:

i. All members of the National Executive Council
ii. All members of the National Women’s Committee
iii. All members of the National Youth Committee
iv. All-District Chairpersons
v. Two (2) elected District officials
vi. All-District Branch Chairpersons, 1 representative
vii. One (1) District Women representative
viii. One (1) District Youth representative
ix. One (1) elected Branch official.
x. One (1) Branch Women representative
xi. One (1) Branch Youth representative
xii. All Secretariat staff, Officers and Officials
xiii. One Informal Sector Co-ordinator

All employers’ representatives, local and international co-operating partners shall be invited as Guests to attend the official opening and closure ceremonies only.
